Return & Refund Policy

1. Acceptance of This Policy

By placing an order on this website, you ("Customer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of the binding purchase agreement along with the Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not complete a purchase.

2. General Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all sales are considered final once shipped, subject only to the limited exceptions described below and any non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.

3. Eligible Returns & Refunds

A return, replacement, or refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:

1. Damaged on Arrival

The product arrives materially damaged due to shipping.

2. Incorrect Item Shipped

You received an item different from what was ordered due to our error.

Approval is subject to review and verification.

4. Claim Deadlines & Requirements

To request a return or refund, you must:

  • Outer shipping packaging
  • Inner packaging
  • The product as received (unused)

Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging unless damage is being reported.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Returns or refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Products opened, used, or altered after delivery
  • Improper storage or handling by the customer
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Customs delays or inspections (if applicable)
  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to product defect or shipping error

6. Return Shipping (If Approved)

  • If a return is approved due to Company error or shipping damage, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
  • Unauthorized returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

7. Refund Method & Timing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any concerns. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting customer support may delay resolution.
