How to Return an Item

Email support@vanguardpeptides.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Authorization
We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Ship the Item
Package the item securely and ship to the address provided. Include the RMA number on the package.

Receive Refund
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
Important Information
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
